Dance Performance

Weekly Programmes

Enhance Dance Performance delivers structured weekly training programs designed specifically for dancers who want more than just class time.

Each week, dancers receive targeted training focused on:


Strength development

Conditioning & stamina

Posture & core control

Jump mechanics & power

Injury prevention & resilience

Dance classes build skill.


But they don’t always build the strength, endurance, and physical capacity required to truly excel.

Our programs bridge that gap.

We take dancers beyond choreography — developing stronger jumps, cleaner lines, better control, improved stamina, and reduced injury risk.

If you want to take your dancing to the next level, class alone is no longer enough.

This is where performance training begins.

In Person Sessions

In addition to our weekly programs, dancers train in person at the Enhance Movement gym under my supervision.

These sessions are structured, progressive, and performance-focused — using our professional testing and training equipment to develop measurable improvements.

At Enhance, we don’t guess.
We assess. We train. We re-test.

Sessions may include:


Force production and jump testing using VALD ForceDecks

Strength profiling with the VALD Dynamo

Reaction and agility training with BlazePod

Core and postural control progressions

Stamina and conditioning blocks

Targeted injury-prevention work
 

Every dancer is tracked.

Every session builds toward stronger, more powerful, more resilient performances on stage.

We measure skills, identify weaknesses, and develop them — so dancers don’t just work harder… they improve smarter.
