Enhance Movement is a privately owned, fully equipped performance and rehabilitation facility designed to support every level of mover — from everyday individuals to elite athletes.
Home to two biokineticist practices and a team of four dedicated biokineticists, our space blends clinical expertise with a high-performance training environment.
From the early hours of the morning to late in the evening, the gym is alive with energy. Professional cyclists, competitive runners, dancers, swimmers, and athletes from a wide range of disciplines choose Enhance Movement as their training home, thanks to its combination of specialised equipment and personalised support.
Our facility features VALD force decks, dynamometers, Olympic weights, commercial-grade treadmills, functional training stations, and a curated selection of strength and mobility tools, allowing for accurate testing, progressive programming, and elite-level conditioning.
Despite its high-performance capabilities, Enhance Movement remains grounded in community. Every person who walks through our doors — whether they're recovering from injury, building fitness, or chasing competitive goals — is welcomed into a supportive, encouraging environment where they can feel at home.

At Enhance Movement, we are dedicated to elevating human performance, health, and wellbeing through an integrated, multi-disciplinary approach. One of the core pillars of our organisation is our Biokinetics Division, a growing team committed to evidence-based rehabilitation, corrective exercise, and performance development.
Led by Jen Steele, a biokineticist with over eight years of clinical and sports-specific experience, the Biokinetics Division has expanded from a one-person practice into a dynamic, collaborative team.
Joining Jen is Biokineticist Samantha Goosen, whose passion for movement science, client care, and functional training strengthens our ability to support a wider range of clients.
Together, Jen and Sam deliver personalised, research-driven rehabilitation and conditioning programs tailored to each individual’s needs. From injury recovery and chronic condition management to strength development and athletic performance, our team works collectively to guide clients toward pain-free, confident movement.

Enhance Dance Performance is a specialised strength and conditioning pillar within Enhance Movement, designed to help dancers move better, train smarter, and perform at their highest potential. Rooted in the demands of Irish and Highland dancing, our program blends biomechanical insight with dance-specific conditioning to build strong, resilient, and powerful athletes.
Founded and led by Jen Steele — a qualified Irish dance teacher (TCRG), former international competitor with over 24 years of dance experience, and a practicing Biokineticist — the program bridges the gap between traditional dance training and modern, evidence-based athletic development. Jen’s deep understanding of technique, injury patterns, and performance requirements allows us to tailor programs that enhance strength, flexibility, endurance, and execution, while prioritising long-term injury prevention.
As Enhance Movement grows, our dance performance division continues to expand its offerings, supporting dancers in both solo and team settings. While proudly rooted in Irish and Highland dance, our vision is to provide world-class conditioning to dancers across multiple styles in the future.
