Meet the Team

Jen Steele

Meet Jen Steele, a dedicated Biokineticist with over 10 years of experience specializing in individualized rehabilitation, injury rehabilitation, and evidence-based fitness programming. With a background that spans over 24 years as a competitive dancer and a qualification as an Irish dance teacher, Jen brings a unique blend of expertise to her practice. Her passion lies in optimizing human movement and performance through biokinetics, offering personalized programs that help clients achieve their fitness goals, rehabilitate from injuries, prevent future injuries, and live pain-free lives.


As the founder of Enhance Movement, Jen focuses on dance strength training, especially for Irish and Highland dancers. Her approach integrates biokinetics knowledge with specialized training methods to enhance flexibility, strength, and overall performance.


Whether you're recovering from an injury, aiming to improve athletic performance, or seeking personalized fitness solutions, Jen Steele is committed to guiding you on your journey to optimal health and performance.

Samantha Goosen

Samantha Goosen graduated with distinction from the University of Johannesburg and brings both heart and high standards into her role as a biokineticist.


A passionate hockey player, Sam understands the physical demands of sport, with particular insight into rugby, cricket, hockey and swimming. She loves working with young athletes and coaches hockey at both primary and high school level for boys and girls, creating a positive, confidence-building environment.


She completed her schooling at St Catherine’s Convent with five distinctions. Afrikaans is her home language, but having been educated in English, she is fully bilingual and works comfortably with a diverse range of patients.


Sam holds a Basic Life Support certification, has completed an Aquatic Therapy course, and was selected for the United Rugby Championship Women’s Leadership Academy (2025), highlighting her leadership and commitment to growth.


What she loves most about being a biokineticist is seeing people improve — physically and mentally — and watching their confidence grow along the way.


Her favourite quote reflects her mindset:
